Taming Ravager from Azuremyst Isle w/ Belf2010-03-23 00:00:00After going "Ho, Hum" at the pet choices in the Blood Elf starting zones, and after learning that the dragonhawks there are low-stat pets, I visited Petopia and decided to attempt a solo tame of a lvl 10 Ravager Specimen with my lvl 10 Blood Elf hunter (if you're horde, this is your only chance to get a ravager as far as I know until you get to Outland). It wasn't too hard; here's what I did.
1. Got me a trash pet, bought some meat.
2. Went to Silvermoon City and used the teleporter in the Spire to port to Undercity (thank heavens you don't have to attempt to get through the plaguelands, lol).
3. Hoped on the Zep to Org.
4. Ran over to the north Barrens.
5. Make your way through Ashenvalle. This is the hardest part, but if you...

so i hit 60. . .2010-03-01 00:00:00Tsukaremashta I really don't know what to wear. I usually just stick with whatever one has the better stats. Is this wise? You're a BM hunter, so you really shouldn't be getting hit all that much.
That being said, there's not that many things that can hurt you that much when your armor is leather compared to mail (especially if it's a few pieces).
Leather is fine to use if it gives you better stats.
Tsukaremashta wrote:Range Weapon. I'm a Dwarf, so I've been using a Gun, but the one I have been using is outdated (if i remember right, it is lvl 43 -.-). Should I still stick with Guns? Or maybe look into Xbows/Bows?I find it silly when hunters try to stick to 1 type of ranged weapon.
You should try and level all three so that you can safely us...
Dusting Off Those Retired Characters2009-10-17 00:00:00Because of Blizzard's recent announcements that mounts and other speed-boosting forms will be attainable at lower levels, I have finally found the motivation to do something I probably haven't done in a very, very long time: Log onto World of Warcraft and level up some characters which I thought were going to be in permanent retirement. That's right. Up until recently, I haven't been playing World of Warcraft mainly because of school, but also because I haven't found the motivation. With the exciting upcoming changes, however, it looks like that long-lost motivation has finally come. I have about fourteen or fifteen alts, all at a wide variety of levels. When the next content patch is released, the majority of them will be eligible for a new mount or an upgraded mount; this only leaves a few characters I'll need to level up in order to take advanta...

Mining Gold in World of Warcraft2009-08-31 00:00:00One of the major factors in World of Warcraft is gold. It's shiny, yellow, and you can buy lots of good things with it, but what most people wnat to know is exactly how you get it. There are a lot of different ways to get WOW Gold, from killing things to selling items to vendors, but the easiest is just to buy it from someone or somewhere.
When you kill a creature in World of Warcraft, it will usually drop an item or some gold for you to pick up. This is beside the usual experience points awarded for victory in combat. Experience is good as well, as it allows you to level up more quickly, and so become stronger and more easily able to defeat your next combat challenge or quest.
Sometimes you can get gold as a reward for completing quests for various non-player characters (NPCs). Talk to everyone you meet, and some of them will ask you to do things, like collecting a number of items or killing a monster. If you do this, you will be rewarded, often with gold or a useful or valuabe item. Someti...

Darkreign, Sir. You are a noob, and I hope that everyone in your raid laughed at you and told you that you fail. XD Nah, I'm sure we've all done that at one time or another :P I get pretty val on vent some times, and I vehemently remind all hunters to not hit Aane shot, and if you think you will, just take it off your bar. Well...
